RelyOn Credit Union is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to assist with its growth across Dallas and Kaufman Counties!
This principal advisor to the CEO will oversee retail branches, IT, and facilities, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the credit union. Key initiatives include driving deposit/loan growth, profit margins, and member acquisition/satisfaction; seeking and implementing technological and operational efficiencies; ensuring security of member data; growing a service-to-sales culture; developing relevant, measurable metrics; and increasing Team Member engagement. In 2021, this role will oversee lending as well.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a hands-on, tactical and strategic leader. We’re seeking someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and get things done.
Our ideal candidate is an operational, lending, and organizational whiz with current, in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. A minimum of 7-10 years’ in a credit union and/or community bank required. Tech savviness is a must; a background with IT and/or Facilities is a plus. We need a leader with high emotional intelligence and exceptional analytical skills who can communicate with confidence and competence. Our next COO should have experience leading others, with preference given to those who’ve led other leaders.
